Life is full of surprises – some good, some challenging, some life-changing.
 
At times it can feel that all this change is something that happens to us – versus something we can create for ourselves or leverage to our advantage. It’s an understandable feeling, and not always wrong, but one that can leave us feeling powerless.
 
But here’s the thing – it’s not what happens to us that matters quite as much as how we respond to it. And how we respond is where we hold all the power.

Most of us find that challenges are easier to meet when we know we have someone vested in our success. Whether we're trying to reinvent our lives, develop new skills, or transform our organizations, having the support and guidance of others can be re-assuring and motivating. 

That was true for me. ​
