At Honey&, the "&" symbolizes connection and collaboration with all the partners, clients, and collaborators that make up our community. Our mission? To inspire and challenge you, sure, but also to connect on a level that's just... well, more. Here's my story
War and conflict had a profound impact on my life. More than once, it left me displaced. My existence became one of constant disruption, uncertainty and isolation as I moved between unfamiliar places and cultures within the Middle East, the United States and Europe. Since then, in a journey that wasn’t easy, I created a new life and a new calling. Forged in crises, I became a person of grit, resourcefulness and determination. I learned to reframe my challenges as opportunities and began to see the world with greater empathy. With each setback came greater clarity, self-awareness and ultimately a vision for what a new chapter in my life could look like. I’m a firm believer that success isn’t a stand-alone achievement. We are the sum of our experiences, influences and the people in our lives. For me, the guidance of a loving and entrepreneurial family, innovative educators, dedicated colleagues, and kind and compassionate friends helped me reach every victory and milestone in my reconstructed life. I survived and thrived because I didn’t have to achieve any of it alone. That’s why I founded Honey&, and how my journey became my destination. Drawing from my own experiences, I help others find clarity in change and develop the skills and insight they need to conquer the challenges around them or their organizations. We do this as partners and as part of a diverse global network of clients and collaborators who make up the “&” in Honey&. No one is alone in their journey to create a fulfilling life, confident leaders and remarkable organizations. You don’t have to go it alone either. Let’s connect! |
